External Consist Editor (ECE) makes editing train consists for Run 8 V3 much easier. ECE parses a Train XML and displays it in a manner that’s easy for the user to read. With its smooth Drag and Drop functionality and ability to adjust car tags, load weights, hazmat placards (and more) it has cut the amount of time it takes to create or edit a train for Run 8.

Using The Depot’s Rolling Stock database, ECE will even show you an image of the rail vehicle so you know exactly what equipment you are adding. ECE also gives you a very accurate total of your train anytime you make any adjustment to your train.

External Consist Editor (ECE) V5 adds many new features including typing a Description for your train file, a Live Tonnage Profile, the ability to sort by Industry Config Types and the ability to add a train in Run 8 without restarting. The new MP15 locomotives have also been added with this update.
